I’m writing this review because iv had the best experience with having my eyebrows and lips tattooed today by this beautiful lady she’s kind and very honest about what work you need to have done she advised me to great lengths about how and what I should have
If you looking for cosmetic makeup tattooed then this is only place you need to go I have been to many during my years and I can honestly say Noor is just the best I think she is going to go very far with what she’s doing

I had the semi-perminant eyeliner , lip blush with lipliner by Noor and I am over the moon with the results. She really has a good eye for aesthetics and her work is symmetrical with clean lines. You can tell she is experienced because she predicted the shade of my chosen colour after the healing process and she is spot on. I am very fussy when it comes to my face (as we all should be) If she wasn't recommended to me by a friend, I am not sure if I would have chosen her, but I am so happy I did. Noor exceeded my expectations amd I couldn't be happier. I can confidentiality highly recommend Noor.
